Not if you’re celebrating Día de los Muertos or the Day of the Dead! \nThis holiday\, which is celebrated mainly in Mexico on November 1st and 2nd\, is like a family reunion—except dead ancestors are the guests of honor. Day of the Dead is a joyful time that helps people remember the deceased and celebrate their memories. Come to the Ludington Junior Room at the Gladwyne Library between 3:00 and 5:00 pm to create a fun Day of the Dead craft! The Library will supply colorful paper\, stickers\, and markers to decorate with.

DESCRIPTION:High School Hangout is where kids in grades 9-12 can come to the Library and play games\, make crafts\, do homework\, or just hang out with friends.  \n\nOCTOBER 29TH WILL BE A SPECIAL HALLOWEEN THEMED HANGOUT \nNo registration is required\, but you must be in grades 9-12.  You do not need to arrive right at 4:00 pm\, this is open house style where you may come for the whole time or just a little. \nPARENT NOTE:  Ms. Danielle will be supervising in the program room or from the front desk during the program time however\, she will not monitor children if they choose to leave the program room\, if they choose to leave the library early\, or if they choose to stay in the library past the end of the program.
