DESCRIPTION:Adults and teens ages 15-17\, discover sweeping views along the 2.2-mile Painter Trail. Named for the Painter brothers\, who once owned this land\, the trail offers memorable views of the Arboretum and the scenic Rocky Run. The route winds through open meadows and quiet woodlands\, with two easy stream crossings and several steep hills that make it one of Tyler’s more challenging hikes. \nWhat to Expect: \n\nA 2.2-mile loop with moderate to steep hills\nOpen meadows\, shaded woodlands\, and varied terrain\nTwo easy stream crossings\nViews of Rocky Run and the surrounding landscape\n\nPlease wear sturdy hiking boots for confident footing and bring water and snacks to keep your energy up. Hiking poles for extra support on rocky paths are recommended. \nPre-registration is required. Check in at the Visitor Center\, where you’ll meet your guide. This moderately paced tour covers 2.2 miles\, with changes in grade and walking surfaces\, including pavement\, grass\, gravel\, and rocky trails. \nMEMBERS (don’t forget to sign in to your account!):  FREE \nNON-MEMBERS: $18 per adult; $10 per teen (ages 15-17). Admission is included in your price\, so feel free to stay for the day! \nGUEST PASS HOLDERS (for non-members only):  FREE. DESCRIPTION:Open Support Group just for teens in 8th-12th Grades\, followed by facilitator- led mental health skill-building. \nJoin NAMI Main Line PA for Stay Well\, Build Your Skills – a free online wellness group just for teens in grades 8-12. Learn skills to manage emotions\, manifest calm\, and cope with academic\, social and community stresses. Group meets every other Thursday at 7 pm virtually. \n7-7:45 pm support group\, 7:45-8:30 pm mental health skill building. \n\nSession 1 (2/26) – Mirror Mirror: Skills for Positive Self-Talk is a program designed to help individuals recognize their inner dialogue and learn practical strategies to shift negative thoughts into empowering\, compassionate self-talk. Through personal stories\, coping tools\, accessible techniques like therapy\, sports\, and music\, and the support of others\, the program emphasizes that everyone has a story and everyone has the ability to strengthen their mental well-being.
