DESCRIPTION:Witness an incredibly unique Halloween tradition started over 50 years ago by renowned local artist Andrew Wyeth and his son at the Chadds Ford Historical Society.  Over 70 native pumpkins from a Chadds Ford farm\, ranging in size from 150 to 400 pounds\, are carved by local artists and lit on Thursday night. These gourd masterpieces are then displayed for the next two days. This one day workshop will encourage you to get weird and make a Jack-o-Lantern by using beginner-friendly handbuilding and surface decoration techniques on a slipcasted pumpkin. \n—— \nPlease note that this workshop takes place in the Utility Works basement\, which is only accessible via stairs. The class requires participants to be able to sit and/or stand for at least three hours and use their hands for two hours. You must be able to lift 25 lbs. There are two gender-neutral bathrooms available for students\, including one that is ADA accessible. DESCRIPTION:Join Jungle Land in Malvern for their not-so-spooky Halloween party for littles. \nChildren should come in costume and will have a chance to visit with Chase from Paw Patrol. In addition to open play\, participants will also be given buckets for visiting trick or treat stations. Pizza\, snacks\, cookies\, Halloween-themed treats\, and juice/water will be provided.
