They will be joined by other notable LGBTQ+ authors: Katherine Locke\, Mia Siegert\, Vincent Tirado\, and Alex Villasante. \nLeviathan and Duckels’ new book\, THE FIGHT OF OUR LIVES\, presents a powerful cultural history of the AIDS epidemic written for teens and young adults. Threaded throughout are first-person interviews and narratives\, as well as poems\, essays\, and other creative works. \nFree Mom Hugs\, a national nonprofit that supports the LGBTQ+ community\, will also be present to share how they make a difference\, and also to share hugs.
