Unique aspects of the Festival will include an amateur cooking contest featuring mystery ingredients and mushrooms and a fried mushroom eating contest\, as well as traditional festival activities such as food\, vendors\, family fun\, and live music. Two timed skirmishes will occur at 11:30 am and 3:30 pm both days\, as well as artillery and line drills. Colonial crafters will demonstrate historic trades such as beer brewing\, blacksmithing\, wood carving and wool dying\, to name a few\, while modern artisans will also be on site selling their handmade items. Local authors will sell their latest books and non-profits will be available to speak with the public about their organization. \nLive music\, food\, and beverages will be available. Children will have the opportunity to attend “School of the Soldier” and experience first-hand what it would be like as a member of Washington’s army regiment. \nAdmission is available at the gate on the day of the event (no pre-sale tickets are available) and is $10 for adults 18 and older and $5 for children 7 – 17. Children 6 years old and younger and CFHS members are free. \nLeashed dogs are welcome\, although owners should be aware of high noise levels. Parking is located in a field adjacent to the Festival on N. Creek Road.

These gentle animals absolutely love cider donuts\, and visitors can take a special wagon ride into the pasture to hand-feed them treats. It’s an experience the whole family will remember. An extra fee applies for the special wagon ride to the cows. \nThe Farm will be open from 10:00am – 10:00pm\, while the Festival activities will run from 12:00pm – 8:00pm. A fireworks display concludes the night at 8:30pm.

This fall\, visitors can explore an array of pumpkins ranging from small and skinny to tall and plump. The annual pumpkin festival will also feature a variety of autumn activities\, including hayrides\, pick-your-own apples\, and mazes. Pumpkinland will be open from September 6 through November 2\, 2025\, offering seasonal energy and attractions for all ages. \nGuests are encouraged to visit the Pumpkinland page on Linvilla’s website for the most up-to-date information\, including hours of operation\, which vary seasonally. \nPUMPKINLAND FEATURES\nHarvest Hayrides: September 6 – November 2\, 2025.\nVisitors can enjoy views of the farm on a 15-minute ride through the fields on Linvilla’s harvest hayrides. These daytime hayrides are open to the public\, with hours that vary throughout the season. \nHayrides to the Witch’s House: September 19–21\, 26–28 and October 1–30\, 2025.\nFamilies can take a trip to meet the friendly witch in the woods. Children will gather around as the witch shares stories and jokes and hands out treats. These evening hayrides run daily from 5:30 pm to 8 pm (Fridays and Saturdays until 8:30 pm). \nAutumn Moon Hayrides: September 19–21\, 26–28\, October 1–30\, and November 1\, 2025.\nGuests can enjoy the night sky on a 20-minute hayride through the fields. DESCRIPTION:Join St. David’s Church for their 174th Annual Country Fair\, always held on the first Saturday in October at the St. David’s Fairgrounds. \nThis event is the longest\, continuously running church fair in the USA. Held annually on the first Saturday in October\, the Fair is full of thrifted deals\, games\, food\, fall activities\, and more! Enjoy music by 3RowBack and be sure to stop by the St. David’s booth for pet blessings from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. \nEach year 100% of the Fair’s proceeds are donated to over 20 deserving Delaware Valley and Philadelphia organizations\, as well as international partners in Cuba\, Guatemala\, and Uganda. Join the over 3\,500 visitors drawn annually to the St. David’s Church Country Fair and become part of this enjoyable and worthwhile community event. All are welcome! \nThe admission fee is $5 per person\, with a maximum of $20 per household. Veterans and volunteers are free. Please purchase your wristband at either of the entrances. Midway wristbands for the kids are $10 for unlimited activities\, or you may pay per ticket. Free parking is available in the church lots and the large field on the corner of Church Road and South Valley Forge Road. Access to field parking is from the Church Road side. Overflow parking will be available at the Devon Horse Show fairgrounds. Please use the main gravel lot. There will be two buses going back and forth from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm to pick up and drop off volunteers and attendees.

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Northern Star Farm’s 18th Annual Fall Fest! Visit the farm every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am–5 pm for pumpkin picking\, hay rides\, a 7-acre corn maze\, pony rides\, giant apple sling shots\, the Little Farmer Playbarn\, paint ball\, Giant air cannon\, farm animals\, and free lawn and arcade-type games for all ages. You can also get apple cider\, fresh baked seasonal pies\, and delicious apple cider donuts. There are 3 unique museums to visit on the farm as well. \nNorthern Star Farm is a fully preserved farm in the heart of Trappe\, Pennsylvania and has been in the Wismer family since 1927. Please visit during their Fall and Winter Festivals!
