Through the powers of community and problem-solving\, participants work together to have a positive impact on the environment. This underwater tale ignites the imagination through playful interaction and creative theatrical storytelling. \nBaby Whale and the Plastic Ocean features colorful puppets and playful interactions. This show is best suited for elementary school students and their caregivers. All are welcome! Seek out the day’s wonders at the Arboretum\, uncovering plants\, animals\, and other seasonal highlights that bring the landscape to life. \nLed by knowledgeable guides\, your adventure may take you to the pond\, through shady woodland trails\, or into sunny meadows — each offering its own unique discoveries. Using simple tools like magnifying glasses\, you’ll take a closer look at the natural world and learn more about its hidden connections. This program’s guide\, Forest Knight\, is one of Tyler’s Lead Educators.  \nThe program is best suited for elementary school-aged children accompanied by an adult. Family and siblings of any age are welcome. Check in at the Visitor Center\, where you’ll meet your guide. As with any walk at Tyler\, sturdy shoes are suggested. PLEASE NOTE: Strollers may not be ideal on some of our trails. We recommend a carrier if you plan to bring an infant or young child. Weather or other factors may adjust the day’s topic\, but nature will always shine through! In case of inclement weather\, the tour will move indoors. \nMEMBERS:  FREE \nNON-MEMBERS: $18 per adult; $10 per child ages 3-17; children two and under are free and do not need to be registered. Admission is included in your price\, so feel free to stay the day! \nPre-registration required.
