Davidson’s Mushrooms will not be at the market on June 21st\, but will return on June 28th. \nRotating vendors coming June 21st include Philly Waffles\, Traditional Greek\, Five Saints Distilling\, Market Day Canele\, A Seasoned Chef\, The Circle Kind Winery\, and 4ever Juices. Local Artists this weekend will be Useful & Beautiful and local musicians Kevin Schramm and Lizard Creek. The Community Tent will be representatives from Friends of Crum Creek. This weekend’s kids’ activity will be making Juneteenth Spin Drums and is presented by members of the Wesley AME Church. \nThe Swarthmore College OneCard is accepted at most vendor stands and PA FMNP vouchers are accepted for fresh fruits and vegetables.

Join Tyler Arboretum for Family Explorers: What Lives at the Arboretum? \nThis program invites families to explore nature using their senses to uncover its secrets. Each month\, head outdoors to discover a different seasonal theme\, searching for plants\, animals\, and other natural wonders that bring the Arboretum to life. Using simple tools like magnifying glasses or binoculars\, participants can take a closer look at their discoveries. \nEach child will receive a Tyler journal to document discoveries\, with time at the end to reflect\, draw\, or write about what they’ve found. Bring your journal to future Family Explorers tours to capture all the amazing moments of the season. \nPre-registration is required for this all-ages event (although this program is best suited for elementary school children accompanied by adults; families and siblings of all ages are welcome). \nCheck in at the Visitor Center\, where you’ll meet your guide. As with any walk on the Tyler trails\, sturdy shoes are suggested.  \nPLEASE NOTE: Strollers may not be ideal on some of the trails. If you plan to bring an infant or young child\, consider a carrier. Weather or other factors may adjust the day’s topic\, but nature will always shine through! In the event of inclement weather\, the tour will be held indoors.

Children who stop by the witch’s house will be entertained with stories\, jokes\, and receive a treat. After the hayride\, guests are invited to gather around a campfire to roast marshmallows and enjoy Linvilla’s flavorful apple cider. \nIn addition to the witch’s hayride\, families can enjoy a variety of fall activities throughout the farm\, including pick-your-own apples\, straw bale and cornfield mazes\, pony rides\, and pumpkin ring toss.
