Davidson’s Mushrooms will not be at the market on June 21st\, but will return on June 28th. \nRotating vendors coming June 21st include Philly Waffles\, Traditional Greek\, Five Saints Distilling\, Market Day Canele\, A Seasoned Chef\, The Circle Kind Winery\, and 4ever Juices. Local Artists this weekend will be Useful & Beautiful and local musicians Kevin Schramm and Lizard Creek. The Community Tent will be representatives from Friends of Crum Creek. This weekend’s kids’ activity will be making Juneteenth Spin Drums and is presented by members of the Wesley AME Church. \nThe Swarthmore College OneCard is accepted at most vendor stands and PA FMNP vouchers are accepted for fresh fruits and vegetables.

DESCRIPTION:Join wildflower expert Dick Cloud on an informative two-hour hike through meadows\, woods\, and occasionally streamside. Although the focus is on plants\, he will talk about whatever the group might see! In July and August\, the hope is to see a large variety of summer wildflowers. All levels of knowledge are welcome. \nTo avoid the hottest part of the day\, the July and August walks are scheduled for 11:00 am–1:00 pm\, with two exceptions: July 19\, 1-3 pm and August 16\, 1-3 pm. \nNote that there may be some periods of moderately paced hiking\, so wear comfortable hiking shoes. Feel free to bring a camera and a wildflower guide\, such as Peterson’s Field Guide or Newcomb’s Wildflower Guide\, if you’d like\, and enjoy a botanical-filled walk. \nPre-registration for this event is required. Please check in first at the Visitor Center\, where you’ll meet your guide\, and please be on time. This event is rain or shine and is appropriate for adults (18+) and teens ages 12-17.

On June 20th at 10:00 am\, Steve Pullara & His Cool Beans Band will excite and entertain young audiences with their interactive songs.  “The Plants” will also put on a kid-friendly show that all ages are sure to enjoy on July 3rd at 10:00 am. \nAttendees should bring blankets and chairs for seating. Admission and parking are free. Handicapped parking is available.
