The event includes livestock shows\, exhibits\, chicken barbeque\, musical entertainment\, carnival rides & games\, fair food\, a beer garden\, contests & raffles\, fireworks and OH MY…those famous DONUTS. \nThe Midway\, rides\, Donut Kitchen and food stands open at 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and at 4:00 pm on Saturday. \nBeer Garden is open from 6:00 – 9:00 PM Monday through Wednesday\, from 6:00 – 9:30 pm Thursday and Friday\, and from 4:00 – 9:30 pm on Saturday. \nThe Fair Exhibit Hall opens at 4 pm nightly and they do not have a set “closing time.”  The rides and fair close depending on the weather and the crowd attendance. \nThis is a free-admission fair\, with parking by donation that supports the local Kimberton Fire Company.

However\, many great ways to access the Waterfront include walking and biking along the Delaware River Trail\, rideshare\, and public transit. \nOutside food and beverages are allowed\, although alcohol is prohibited inside DRWC-owned public spaces and coolers are not permitted. Chairs may be occupied in public spaces during a special event or before the start of a special event. Any chair(s) left unoccupied will be removed.

DESCRIPTION:Ahoy! Craft your vessel and prepare to set sail at the 2025 Cardboard Boat Regatta. Some will sink and others will float\, that’s the fun of a cardboard boat. \nThis event has a 3:00 pm check-in time with races to follow. \nAll boats must be built in advance of the event and The ENTIRE boat must be built with cardboard and duct tape (examples of materials are corrugated cardboard\, carpet tubes\, and cardboard blocks that can be found at recycling centers\, appliance stores\, department stores\, discount clubs\, and electronic stores). There will be 3 divisions\, including one that’s just for younger kids in need of parental assistance\, and there are plenty of accompanying rules and regulations. Awards will be given for race winners in each division\, as well as a Spirit and Titanic Award (for the most spectacular sinking). \nThis is a rain or shine event! Pre-registration is required with a registration deadline of Wednesday\, July 23!
