DESCRIPTION:Good Food Fest celebrates local farmers\, and the folks who make honest food from locally farmed goods. \nThe 5th annual Good Food Fest will return on Sunday\, November 2nd from 11am-4pm at the Kimberton Fairgrounds. This one-day event will celebrate\, educate\, and promote regional agriculture and the vibrant local community of growers\, producers\, and makers. A full day of activities will include an epic farmers market with 100+ producers\, culinary demonstrations\, the ‘Pouring Room’ featuring local breweries/cideries/distilleries\, food trucks\, live music\, kids activities\, live farm animals\, and more. Good Food Fest has something for everyone\, from alpacas to kombucha and everything in between. Music will be provided by Heather Hurlock from 11 am-12:30 pm and Frog Holler 1-4 pm. \nPlease note: there are no dogs or pets permitted at this event. Enter the fairgrounds via Route 113. Parking is on grassy areas – drive carefully and be aware of pedestrians. \nLimited handicap parking is available on a first-come\, first-served basis. If full\, drop-off at the entrance is an option. Plan for at least 15 minutes of buffer for traffic congestion upon approaching the event and a short distance walk from your car into the event. \nTicketing: please download or save your ticket on your phone (or print) in advance as cell service is limited in the area\, so it may not be possible to access your ticket once you arrive. Upon entry\, please make your way to the “Pre-Paid Entry” queue (left side) if you bought tickets in advance. Tickets are also available for purchase ($10) at the event. Head to the queue marked “Purchase Tickets” (right side) to buy tickets at the door. Cash and credit card are accepted.
