DESCRIPTION:The Meridee Winters School of Music is excited to announce their upcoming Year End Shows\, taking place on June 6th\, 7th\, 13th and 14th at The Saturday Club – located at 117 W. Wayne Ave.\, Wayne PA. These fun-filled shows will take place throughout each day and are open to the public. \nTimes vary by day: June 6th: shows at 11:00\, 12:30\, 1:30\, 3:00 and 4:30pm; June 7th: shows at 10:00\, 11:30\, 1\,:00 3:00\, 4:00\, 5:30 and 6:30pm; June13th: shows at 12:00\, 1:30\, 3:00 and 4:30; June 14th: shows at 11:30\, 12:30\, 1:30\, 3:00\, 4:30 and 6:00pm. \nThese shows are not your typical music recitals. From piano innovations to rock bands\, violin solos to Broadway vocals\, the Year End Shows are carefully orchestrated by age\, level\, and style\, so that each student feels triumphant and hears an inspiring variety of musical peers. \nThe Year End Shows feature students from Meridee’s Main Line music school and includes all abilities\, ages\, styles and instruments. DESCRIPTION:Conshohocken Theater in the Parks\, a new nonprofit community theater company dedicated to bringing live theater to local parks and community spaces\, will make its debut this June with four free outdoor performances of Disney’s The Lion King Jr. \nSaturday\, June 13\, 2026 at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM\nOutdoor performances at Mary Wood Park (130 E 5th Ave\, Conshohocken\, PA 19428) \nDesigned for young performers\, Disney’s The Lion King Jr. is an adaptation of the Broadway musical and the beloved 1994 Disney animated film. Featuring unforgettable songs including “Circle of Life\,” “Hakuna Matata\,” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight\,” the production follows Simba’s journey from curious cub to courageous king as he learns to embrace his destiny and restore balance to the Pride Lands. \n“We are thrilled to launch Conshohocken Theater in the Parks with The Lion King Jr.\,” said Kevin Stackhouse\, President and Founder of Conshohocken Theater in the Parks. “Our first season is all about ‘A Conversation with Our Community.’ We want our shows to be interactive\, engaging\, and accessible to everyone—not just something to watch\, but something families experience together.” \nThe debut production features a talented cast of young performers from the greater Conshohocken area and celebrates the power of community\, creativity\, and storytelling. \nAdmission is free.
