Feel the fresh air\, listen to the sounds of nature\, and release tension as you soak in the peaceful rhythm of this mindful\, outdoor practice. \nWhat to expect: \nA slower-paced yoga class suitable for beginners and intermediate students\nSimple sequences with an emphasis on alignment\, mindful movement\, and breath\nPoses offered with modifications to support a comfortable and accessible practice\nClasses are held outdoors or under cover as needed\nWhat to wear and bring: \nComfortable clothing suitable for movement and outdoor conditions\nA yoga mat\nWater\nArrival and check-in: \nUpon arrival\, please check in at the Visitor Center\, where you will be directed to the class location.\nWaiver requirement: \nEach participant is required to submit a waiver (CLICK HERE).\nPlease print\, complete\, and bring the waiver with you to your first class.\nRegistration and drop-in policy: \nPre-registration is recommended to guarantee a spot.\nDrop-ins are welcome\, space permitting; however\, we cannot admit drop-ins once the class has begun.\nDrop-in participants should allow time to register and pay at the Visitor Center before heading to class.\nFirst-time drop-in participants must arrive 15 minutes early to complete a waiver.\nFee includes admission to the Arboretum\, so feel free to stay for the day!
