Looking for a family activity for your tweens or teens? Hit the Bryn Mawr Film Institute for a showing of The Lost City, a “good old-fashioned” treasure hunt movie. About the film: On tour with her latest steamy potboiler, novelist Loretta (Sandra Bullock) is kidnapped by a bizarre billionaire (Daniel Radcliffe) who believes she can lead him to an invaluable relic from her fiction. Spirited to a remote tropical island, Loretta finds herself on a real-life treasure hunt, aided by a doofy cover model (Channing Tatum) and a rugged Navy SEAL (Brad Pitt). Gags, peril, and romance abound in this kooky screwball adventure! Patrons are encouraged to select seats and purchase tickets in advance, online at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute website. The Lost City is showing at 1:30 pm from Sat., April 9 – Wed., April 14. See website for more details.
