Schuylkill Valley Regional Dance Company – The Nutcracker 2022

You don’t have to go all the way to Center City Philadelphia to see the holiday classic The Nutcracker!
Experience the wonder and joy at one of Schuylkill Valley Regional Dance Company’s two performances of The Nutcracker—at 12 pm and 5 pm—on December 10 only! Each show is approximately two hours including an intermission with light refreshments available for purchase. In Act I you will enjoy the lively party scene, followed by the epic battle between the Nutcracker and Mouse King! Clara’s journey continues through the Land of Snow where she meets the Snow King and Queen and their dancing Snowflakes. In Act II, she travels to the Land of Sweets, where she is greeted by the Sugar Plum Fairy and her Cavalier who have prepared a feast of dancing sweets and treats. The performance features more than 50 local dancers and actors, as well as guest artists in the roles of the Sugarplum Fairy and her Cavalier. The whole family will find something to love in this classic production!
