Are you or your family considering adopting a rabbit or guinea pig? Girl Scout Cadette Kate Orr is presenting how to care for rabbits and guinea pigs for her Silver Award. Her goal is to ensure the public is informed about the needs of these animals before getting one as a pet. After dogs and cats, rabbits are the most common animal surrendered to shelters! Please join Kate at one of two sessions on Saturday, March 5th from 10:30 am – 12 noon or 2 pm – 3:30 pm at the Tredyffrin Public Library. Kate will bring her bunnies and guinea pigs for children to pet and there will be an origami craft. Register to attend via the library event link.
