MLK Day Afternoon Volunteering for Nature at Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden

With soaring trees, expansive vistas, and dynamic displays of native plants, Stoneleigh is a celebration of the natural world. Martin Luther King Jr. Day is the only federal holiday designated as a national day of service to encourage all Americans to volunteer to improve their communities. Grab gloves and join fellow volunteers in winter gardening. Projects vary, but good fun (and dirt) is guaranteed! Natural Lands cares for more than 23,000 acres and 120 miles of trails, and it couldn’t do it without volunteers like you. Please pre-register on event page. All are welcome, ages 12 and up. Minors under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian.
