Free to Be….A Yoga Series for Kids

The Barn Yard and IvyRehab for Kids has partnered to bring this yoga class to our kids! This series will consist of 3 classes that you can join on a drop-in basis, space permitting. Free to Be… will get every child moving with games, and imaginative play, plus gives kids tools to feel calmer, happier and more focused. Each yoga class includes a craft for every child and play time afterwards. The theme for March is “Free to Be Lucky” and for April it’s “Free to be a Funny Bunny.” $18 for drop-in (space permitting); free for members. Get tickets here.
