Digital Detectives: “The Viral Video Hoax” (5th–8th grades)

For students in 5th-8th grade: Put your critical thinking skills to the test in this fun and interactive program series!

Each month, middle schoolers will tackle a new mystery, using real-world tools and strategies to uncover the truth behind digital dilemmas. You’ll learn how to navigate the online world, analyze content, spot misinformation, and think critically – all while solving a fun mystery!

For January, they will work to solve the case “The Viral Video Hoax.” Become a detective to uncover the truth behind a suspicious viral video.
