Children’s Yoga at the Garden (Ages 2–5)

Introduce your little one to yoga and its many benefits with Lisa Schwarcz, Yoga Instructor and Pediatric Physical Therapist. She will use stories, imagination, props, and music to engage the children in moving their bodies, exploring their breath, and calming their minds. Child-sized yoga mats will be provided. Adults must accompany their children and are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and participate during the classes. Rain or shine, indoor space for inclement weather. Suitable for ages 2–5. Registration required for children only.
