FLYoga Studio offers semi-private, transformational aerial yoga for women and kids, creating a space where they feel seen, safe, and supported. For women, FLYoga is built on Reconnection, Strength, and Release, helping them rediscover their inner power. For kids, FLYoga nurtures children on the shyer side, helping them gain confidence by feeling truly noticed and valued.
Yoga@Play trains educators, parents, and yoga lovers to teach kids yoga in preschools and schools. Founder Ofrit Gal was once a shy child herself and knows firsthand that transformation happens when you feel safe and seen.
