Everyone Reads PA is a non-profit that provides Pennsylvanians with evidence-based literacy advocacy, screening, education, and resources rooted in the Science of Reading. They offer a full day kindergarten at the Upper Main Line YMCA. In partnership with the Upper Main Line YMCA, Everyone Reads PA provides professional development, coaching, curriculum, and intervention in their kindergarten. Families and educators can find what they need to support literacy development for all children.

I am so glad to have found Everyone Reads PA. When I approached Kate with questions, she reassured me that I had valid concerns about my child’s early literacy skills. She administered the Early Bird screener for my child which was helpful when requesting an evaluation and showing my child’s strengths and areas of need for explicit, systematic instruction. I have a background in education, but there was still so much that I did not know about the process. She has connected me with other professionals as well as recommended specific resources to use at home. She has helped me every step of the way of my child’s educational journey for which I am very grateful.
