My husband and I had never been to Disney and now we had 2 kids and wanted to surprise them with a family trip. But we had to be cost conscious. Cassandra spent time monitoring specials and found a great deal then even went and found terrific special on airfare. She planned rides and meals and explained why-including proximity and time of day. She gave wise counsel on building in down time so we enjoyed the trip and did not run from one place to another. We even had to reach out to her while there for some help with finding recommendations for medical care for my son. Her patience and depth of knowledge was integral to a great trip!
