(Flourtown, PA) Melissa is a writer and editor who has been covering the area for the last 10 years for newspapers, magazines, and websites. A graduate of Syracuse University, her work has appeared in Where, Philadelphia Style and Main Line Today, and she currently contributes to AOL and DrinkPhilly. With a focus on tourism, food, and health and well-being, Melissa loves exploring the Main Line and beyond and helping others discover even more ways to enjoy all it has to offer. She also works with local agencies as a copywriter and social media adviser. When not typing away or going to town with her red pen, Melissa is busy entertaining her toddler son and newborn baby girl, chasing her spoiled doxie around the backyard, or experimenting with recipes with her husband.

Pamela Badolato, Associate Publisher
(Berwyn, PA) Pamela Badolato lives in Berwyn with her husband, 4 year old son, 2 year old twins, and newborn baby. Despite having four children aged four and under, she loves spontaneous adventures and having new experiences with them. She often notes that when out and about with her children, people don’t know whether to help her or shake their heads at her for leaving the house! When she is not changing a diaper or cleaning a sticky mess, she loves to meet other moms and their children. Pamela is driven by her desire to make connections between the fabulous parents she meets and the vast resources of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
As the Associate Publisher of Main Line Parent and Philadelphia Magazines, Pamela works towards building community not only through the printed pages of these beautiful books, but through signature events and an active Facebook Main Line Parent Community Group. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, and spent many years working in childcare.

(Havertown, PA) Carrie is a freelance lifestyle portrait and event photographer and owner of Carrie Hill Photography. Carrie creates beautiful, modern, artistic images of newborns, children, families, and special events using natural light, a touch of whimsy, and an ample dose of care. A custom photography session with Carrie allows her to capture and preserve those fleeting moments of your child at their best — dancing, jumping, snuggling, and discovering their world. Her images are bright and cheery, joyful, and heartfelt. Carrie Hill Photography offers a full range of portrait collections, featuring beautiful handcrafted archival albums, and wall art. Recently, she has joined forces with the very talented Brittany Ostrov to form Cloudfish Studios, a full-service photo and design studio. Being part of Cloudfish Studios gives Meredith an outlet to showcase her unique design strengths as she strives to create the best possible material for her clients. (Philadelphia, PA) Brittany is a freelance portrait and lifestyle photographer with a BFA in Photography from the University of the Arts. Becoming a feature photographer for Main Line Parent seemed like a perfect fit due to her flair for photographing children and families. Coming from a family of five girls with large age gaps, Brittany has always had opportunities for photographing people. Her inspiration grew alongside her 14-year-old sister, having photographed her since she was a baby. Brittany shoots from a photojournalist perspective with a modern and fresh twist. Brittany Ostrov Photography has recently joined forces with CloudFish Designs and created CloudFish Studios, a full-service photography and design studio based out of Philadelphia.
