Swarthmore Halloween Tots Parade

4 pm
Begins in Thatcher Park, ends at the library (121 Park Ave.); Swarthmore

Kids 0 – 6 years (siblings welcome) are invited to come dressed up in costume and parade through downtown to the delight of passersby and shop merchants ready to greet you with goodies, edible and non-edible, for trick or treat. The parade will conclude with a fun short song and story time provided by Allison DeSalvo’s World of Song and Swarthmore Public Library’s Children’s Programmer Mr. Scott in “Central Park” at the outdoor amphitheatre outside the Swarthmore Public Library. If raining heavily, go directly into the library.
