Homeschool Week at LEGOLAND Discovery Center

 This week, LEGOLAND offers $10 tickets for home school students and their families, and features LEGO Education workshops during select operational hours. Must provide a valid form of home school documentation or identification to Admissions upon check-in.

New Mamas Support Group at Radnor Library

Chat over coffee while learning an educational and therapeutic approach to developmental challenges. Come and meet other moms and share your experiences while getting feedback, encouragement, and tools that you can use in everyday life with your baby. ‘I Am’ Screening and Panel

January 29, 7–8:30 pm

Main Line Art Center, 746 Panmure Road, Haverford

 

I Am follows six students from St. Katherine’s Special Education School and eight dancers from the Pennsylvania Ballet’s Second Company as they create a fully realized ballet piece. In documenting this project, part of Art-Reach’s ENCORE program, the film suggests a new paradigm for engaging people with disabilities in the arts in a participatory way. Teens and adults can come for a free screening and discussion. Register online.
